WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Unlicensed territory report, explained.

A blank space on a map is a starting point for investigation. This service turns that space into a defined selection of areas you can compare, discuss with your team, and take forward for a current rights check.

A map of your selected area

See the 10 × 10 km boundary together with the licenses and applications identified in the available cadastral data.

A list of candidate areas

Review mapped gaps, approximate areas, and relevant overlaps. Pending applications and uncertain records are called out separately.

A concise findings report

Understand which records were checked, their dates, the main findings, and the questions that still need verification.

KML boundaries

Open the selected geometry in compatible GIS software and use the same area in your next request.

INSIDE THE RESULT

Know what you are asking for.

The structure below shows how the service brings the important information together. The content is specific to your area, project, or request.

No license identified in the reviewed dataset does not confirm that mineral rights are available. A current rights check is needed before an application or acquisition decision.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear route from question to next step.

Start with the location or project and the decision you need to make. We clarify the scope before the agreed work begins.

  1. 01

    Define the search area

Send a location or boundary. We confirm the 10 × 10 km scope with you.

  2. 02

    Compare the cadastral records

We inspect available license geometry, recorded statuses, and applications within the area.

  3. 03

    Receive the findings

Use the mini-report and KML to decide which areas deserve further verification.

A GOOD STARTING BRIEF

What to have ready.

  • Your area of interest: map location, coordinates, or a KML polygon
  • Target mineral or license type, if relevant
  • Any minimum area or other selection preferences

BEFORE YOU REQUEST

A few useful answers.

Does this confirm that I can obtain a license?

It identifies areas without recorded overlaps in the data we review. Availability for an application needs a separate check against current records and applicable requirements.

Can I request a larger area?

Yes. Send the full extent and we will agree on additional 10 × 10 km areas or a separate scope before work begins.

What if no suitable gaps are found?

The report will show that result and the recorded coverage. A positive finding is not a condition of completing the review.

LET’S DEFINE YOUR NEXT STEP
