These terms explain the purpose of the Zambia Transparent Earth portal and the conditions that apply to its information, tools, and inquiry features. They should be read together with our Disclaimer and Privacy policy.

Purpose and status of the portal

Zambia Transparent Earth provides general information and research tools relating to mining licenses, territories, investment projects, and related subjects. The portal does not grant, register, renew, sell, or transfer mining rights through the website. It does not replace the competent authorities, official records, professional advice, or the approvals required by applicable law.

Not a public offer

Nothing published on this website constitutes a public offer or a binding offer to enter into a contract. Maps, license records, project cards, service descriptions, indicative figures, and other materials are provided for information and preliminary discussion. They do not constitute an offer or solicitation to purchase securities, invest funds, acquire mineral rights, or complete any other transaction.

Browsing, creating an account, clicking an action, or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a purchase, reservation, investment commitment, agency appointment, or paid service agreement. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt only. Any proposed transaction or paid work requires separately agreed scope and terms with the relevant authorized parties, together with any required due diligence and approvals.

License records and investment projects

A license appearing on the map is a data record, not evidence that its holder wishes to sell, that a seller has appointed us, or that the rights can legally be transferred. Request offer is a non-binding request to discuss available information and possible next steps. We may be unable to obtain an offer, contact the holder, or support a proposed acquisition.

Investment projects presented in the Projects section are separate from the license registry. Any stated opportunity, price, ownership interest, or proposed structure remains subject to current availability, confirmation by the relevant parties, independent verification, and a separate agreement. Publication does not establish our ownership of a project or authority to bind its owner. No investment return or successful transaction is guaranteed.

Inquiries and separately agreed services

Inquiry forms allow you to express interest, request information, or discuss a potential service. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a response within a particular time, or a particular result. Any service scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and permitted use of results must be agreed separately before work is commissioned. Sending an inquiry does not create a professional advisory, fiduciary, or representative relationship.

Responsible use and accounts

Use the portal lawfully and provide accurate information in your submissions. Keep account credentials secure and use only accounts and materials you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or misrepresent portal data as an official certificate, verified title, or confirmed sale offer.

Content rights, sources, and personal data

Portal materials and third-party data may be subject to copyright, database rights, source licenses, and other restrictions. Access to the portal does not transfer ownership of that material or grant rights to underlying land, licenses, projects, or third-party content. Any reuse must comply with applicable law and the relevant rights and source conditions. External websites have their own terms and practices.

Our Privacy policy explains the handling of account details, contact information, inquiry records, technical data, and optional analytics. These legal terms do not replace the separate choices available for optional analytics.

Availability, limitations, and mandatory rights

Information and features may change, be corrected, or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided as available without a warranty of uninterrupted access or the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its content. The limitations explained in the Disclaimer apply to use of that content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separately executed agreements govern the work or transactions they cover.
